Information you provide
You may provide text, images, domains, URLs or messages while using a tool. You may also provide your name, email address and message through the contact form. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private account links or other sensitive information.
Browser-based tools
Content generators, text transformations, JSON, Base64, URL encoding, password, UUID, color and supported image tools are designed to process input in your browser. ToolnixHub does not intentionally upload that input to its server. Browser extensions, device security and operating-system behavior remain outside our control.
DNS and website checks
Public domain names and URLs submitted to DNS, header, redirect and certificate tools are sent to the ToolnixHub server. The server performs a public lookup or request. Private and reserved network targets are blocked by design. Submitted public targets may appear in ordinary hosting logs.
Server logs and security
Hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, user-agent strings, response codes and security events. These records may be used for operations, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Local-currency detection
The Currency Converter may use an approximate country derived from the visitor IP address to preselect the destination currency. When an edge-network country signal is unavailable, ToolnixHub may perform a server-side IP-to-country lookup. The browser receives only the detected country code and currency code; the raw IP is not written to the currency cache, and any fallback lookup result is cached under a one-way hashed filename for a limited period.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use a session cookie for CSRF protection and browser local storage to remember that the essential notice was acknowledged. Future analytics or advertising features may require additional consent controls depending on visitor location and applicable rules.
Advertising and third parties
The distributed package does not contain an active advertising publisher ID. If advertising is enabled later, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies and applicable consent requirements. The live operator must update this policy with the services actually enabled.
Contact messages
Contact form submissions may be delivered to the configured site email through the hosting mail service. Messages are retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records or address abuse.
Your choices
You can avoid server processing by using only browser-based tools and not submitting forms or public network checks. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings.
Children
ToolnixHub is a general-audience utilities site and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required.
Changes
This policy may be updated when tools, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised on the live page.
