Utility comes first
A page should solve the task described by its title. Decorative copy cannot replace working functionality. Tools are tested with normal inputs, empty inputs and common error cases before release.
Original guidance
Guides are written for the specific tool and explain the workflow, interpretation, limitations and privacy implications. Content should not be copied from competing sites or padded with unrelated keywords.
Template-assisted work
Structured templates may assist with brainstorming and early drafting. Human review remains necessary for factual claims, user safety, examples, legal pages and production code. Generated drafts are not published blindly.
Accuracy and updates
Technical behavior can change across browsers, hosting providers and third-party services. Material pages should be reviewed when dependencies or platform rules change. Time-sensitive statements should be dated or removed when they are no longer reliable.
Corrections
Users can report a bug or factual concern through the contact page. Confirmed errors should be corrected promptly. A major change may be noted on the relevant page or release notes.
Commercial separation
Advertising, sponsorship or affiliate relationships must not change tool output or hide important limitations. Sponsored material should be identifiable. Ad placement should not imitate controls or interfere with using a tool.
